Janet Sakellarios has been a Bookstore volunteer for about 8 years. A retired teacher, she was born in Trout Run, Pennsylvania.
Janet attended Troy (PA) High School and the Pennsylvania State University. Her hobbies are reading, bridge, and (formerly) tennis.
She enjoys reading history, historical novels, and historical mysteries.
When asked what she likes most about her Bookstore volunteer work, she said “I do so enjoy the people I have the opportunity to work with and people I meet at the bookstore. And the books! I think we are all librarians at heart.”
